Cancellation Policy

We reserve studio slots, production crew and equipment exclusively for every confirmed booking. Therefore, the following cancellation policy applies.

All payments made towards Studio Bookings, Podcast Production, Editing Services, Live Streaming, Outdoor Shoots, and Custom Packages are strictly non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, or unused booking time.

Once your booking is confirmed, production resources are allocated specifically for your project.

Rescheduling Policy

We understand schedules may change. To support our clients while maintaining production planning, the following rescheduling policy applies.

✔ Clients may reschedule one time without additional charges if the request is received at least 7 days before the scheduled booking date.
Requests received less than 7 days before the booking date may not be accepted and remain subject to studio availability.
Approved rescheduling requests can only be moved to an available future date.

Early communication helps us provide maximum scheduling flexibility.

Outdoor Shoot Policy

Outdoor productions involve additional planning, logistics and operational expenses.

✔ Outdoor shoot bookings are subject to travel, logistics, accommodation, and crew expenses.
✔ Any additional costs incurred due to location changes, permissions, weather conditions, or client requirements will be billed separately.
✔ Additional equipment, generators, drones, cranes, special lighting, and production crew may require separate quotations.
